Terms of Service
These Terms describe your rights and responsibilities while using IG Leads Finder (igscraper.io). Please review them carefully before using the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using IG Leads Finder you agree to follow these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the service.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use IG Leads Finder. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Permitted Use & Responsibilities
IG Leads Finder is a research and data‑organization tool that helps you structure publicly available Instagram profile information (such as username, bio, follower metrics, and public contact details). You agree to: use the service only for lawful purposes; comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use and platform policies; comply with all applicable privacy, data protection, and anti‑spam laws (including, where relevant, GDPR, CAN‑SPAM, and ePrivacy); avoid any use of the service to harass, abuse, or spam individuals or businesses. You must not attempt to bypass Instagram security mechanisms, access private accounts, or collect data you are not allowed to see in a normal Instagram session.
4. Data You Process Through the Service
You remain the controller of any contact data or lead lists that you export from IG Leads Finder. We do not claim ownership of the underlying Instagram content. You are solely responsible for how you store, combine, enrich, and use this data in your own systems (such as CRMs or email tools). You must ensure you have a valid legal basis for any outreach you perform and that your use of the data is transparent and compliant with applicable law.
5. Plans, Billing & Payments
Certain features of IG Leads Finder are available only on paid plans. When you subscribe, you authorize us and our payment processor (such as Stripe or Creem) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices, features, and available plans may change from time to time, with notice where required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund past charges unless explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
6. Refunds
For first‑time Pro subscriptions, we offer a 7‑day money‑back guarantee if the service does not work as described and our support team cannot resolve a technical issue on our side. Refunds are not available for misuse of the product (including spam or policy violations), accounts restricted by Instagram, or renewals beyond the initial billing period unless required by law. 7. Intellectual Property
All site design, branding, copy, and code for IG Leads Finder remain the property of igscraper.io or its licensors. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service. Instagram, Meta, and all related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only for descriptive purposes.
8. Disclaimers
IG Leads Finder is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error‑free, uninterrupted, or that it will always retrieve or export all available public data from Instagram. We do not provide legal advice and make no representation that your use of exported data is compliant with any particular law or platform policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IG Leads Finder, igscraper.io, and their owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service, your reliance on exported data, or any actions taken as a result of that data (including, without limitation, account restrictions imposed by Instagram or responses from people you contact). Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. When we make material updates, we will revise the effective date and may provide additional notice. Your continued use of IG Leads Finder after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
