Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when you can request a refund for IG Leads Finder subscriptions and how we handle those requests.
1. Scope of this policy
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and other paid services purchased directly from IG Leads Finder (igscraper.io) through our checkout provider (such as Stripe or Creem). If you purchased access through a third party, their refund rules may apply instead.
2. 7‑day guarantee for first‑time Pro subscriptions
If you are a first‑time Pro subscriber, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment if the service does not work as described and our support team is unable to resolve a technical issue on our side. We may ask for logs, screenshots, or additional context to help us understand and attempt to fix the issue before processing a refund.
3. Eligible refund situations
Subject to the conditions above, we may approve a refund when: - A billing error or duplicate charge occurred - You were charged but could not access the paid features, and we were unable to fix the problem in a reasonable time - There is a confirmed, ongoing technical issue with IG Leads Finder that prevents normal use of the product
4. Situations that are not eligible
We generally do not provide refunds in the following cases, except where required by law: - You changed your mind after using the service successfully - You did not like the results of your lead research, but the product worked as described - Your Instagram account was rate‑limited, restricted, or banned due to your own usage patterns or violation of Instagram’s policies - You used the service to send spam or otherwise breached our Terms of Service - Renewals of existing subscriptions beyond the first billing period
5. Subscription renewals and cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing or account page; cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically generate refunds for past periods. We do not normally prorate or refund partial subscription periods once a new billing cycle has started, unless required by applicable law.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, please email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and include: - Your full name and account email - The payment receipt or transaction ID - The date and amount of the charge - A brief description of the issue and why you are requesting a refund We aim to review refund requests within 3 business days and will let you know whether your request has been approved or declined.
7. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are normally issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement. In some cases, and only with your consent, we may offer account credit instead of a monetary refund.
8. Changes to this Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, pricing, or applicable laws. When we make significant changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice. Your continued use of IG Leads Finder after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
